This villa is just a few minutes by car from the Arenal sandy beach and close to the pinosol park where you will find a playground, barbecue areas and a nice bar. The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Jávea. The property has a private parking space at the level of the upper floor. You enter into a hall, then follows a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
