CASA DE ILLANA is a unique property. Originally built, in 1970, as a large private estate. 

There is a very friendly and special atmosphere about this place. Once you have been there, for sure you would like to come back for another visit.

The estate enjoys a discrete and privileged location in the rich orange groves of Alfàs del Pí, at the coast of Costa Blanca. The cities Altea and Benidorm are just minutes away by car, as well as the beach of Albir. 

The property provides high standard facilities and has previously been operating as a hotel, and frequently been the location for celebrating weddings, parties, or jubilees.

In total, here are ten bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, ten of them en-suite. Two large dining rooms and a winter terrace, all with fireplaces. Fully equipped industrial kitchen.

The welcoming entrance hall leads to a big lounge with the reception desk, a piano, and a little charming wine - “cellar” under the staircase. From the large lounge you can either go to the biggest dining room which has views to the pool and where tables can be set to more than fifty people, or you can go to the blue dining room where twenty people can have a seat. This room connects with a wonderful winter garden. In the hallway, just in front of the staircase to the first floor, is a spacious toilet with easy access.              

After years of rebuild and upgrading, in 2009, there are now on the first floor, four thematic double rooms. They enjoy a separate entrance and are located around a mutual indoor patio with a tower. The common facilities here consist of a large library area, a bathroom, a mezzanine, and a terrace. The double rooms have each in their special style, all with their own bathroom. One of the rooms also have a small kitchen. Upstairs are also four more bedrooms and a wonderful lounge with a fireplace and access to a large terrace with views to the sea, the mountain Sierra Helada, Benidorm and Albir.

The spectacular garden opens for relaxing strolls, or you can find your own spot and relax with an enjoyable book or a drink. The garden is rich with palms, plants, and flowers. Furthermore, decorated with beautiful statues, a wishing well and a beautiful pavilion.

Enjoy great sea and mountain views from the terrace and pool-area. The building has hot and cold air-conditioning, electric central heating, fans, smoke alarm - all in excellent condition. Parking area for up to fifty cars. A very well-maintained property, with all electricity and plumbing renewed.
