You enter the property through electric gates onto a private driveway with parking for several cars, you can also enter the premises via some beautiful large old Wooden entrance doors from the street. On the grounds there is a small chalet type structure which can be used for several uses, a studio, library, extra bedroom, music room etc. The pool area with its 6x4 swimming pool, has various terraces on different levels, fish pond, chill out zone, and a bar complete with covered seating area and decking, a dining area with bbq, a huge outside chess board. There is also a guest casita which has a bedroom and en suite shower room.

You access the villa through some attractive wooden double doors into the large entrance lobby, off to the right you come into the huge open living area which has a large windows giving the room plenty of light, and nice views over the terraces and swimming pool. To the left off the hall you have three bedrooms and a family shower room. Down a few steps from the living area you enter the renovated kitchen/dining area which also has a glazed naya with its own door to the back terrace area.

From the kitchen you have access to the master bedroom with also its own access to the terrace, it has its own en suite shower room. This back terraces has gorgeous views over to the town of Moraira and a little sea views and the hillside of Cumbre del Sol. Also from the lower terrace you get to a laundry room, from the side of the villa up a spiral staircase you reach a roof terrace that has panoramic open views. The villa is heated by a pellet burner and radiators using biomass fuel. There is also solar heating hot water, airconditioning in the living room, a video entry system, and internet and satellite television installed.


Moraira is small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each).
The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. 

The town itself has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort, retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. It’s also particularly popular with Spanish holidaymakers from Madrid and Valencia. 
Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, harbourside fish restaurants and bars and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character.
