sandy beaches of Marbella and the costa del sol. The hotel offers 22 independent rooms with 1-3 beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, a large dining hall, and event space on the bottom floor, together with the reception/bar and large kitchen. 
On the first floor is the main reception, which can also be accessed from the street outside with a wheelchair. On the top of the hotel, on the same level as the roof terrace, is a separate apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. 
The roof terrace has beautiful views over the town and surrounding landscape and could be turned into a beautiful bar/chill-out zone for the guests. The hotel is prepared to put in an elevator next to the emergency staircase on the east side of the building.
